Sustainable management of coastal areas

Graduate in Sustainable Management of Coastal Zones.

Graduated from the Faculty of Sciences, throughout her academic career she has been involved in different projects from various disciplines, ranging from economic to environmental; she being worthy of various scholarships from the UNAM.

She is currently dedicated to the determination of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) in the environment, work carried out by the Environmental Sciences Laboratory of the Sisal Chemistry Unit of the Faculty of Chemistry of the UNAM. She collaborates in the project “Ts’onot: co-participatory care of Yucatan cenotes through community monitoring of water quality”, analyzing pesticides, hydrocarbons and emerging contaminants.
