La Noria (Hda. Kampepen)

General information

It is considered a young cenote since in the past it was used as a henequen well and now it is enabled to admire it and enjoy it. The Cenote La Noria is located within the Hacienda Kampepen in the municipality of Homún. Upon entering the place you will be able to admire the ruins of what was the main house, full of history of what in its heyday was a henequen fiber production factory.

Descending the stairs, you are immediately drawn to its natural beauty and tranquility. With a ceiling full of stalactites that welcome you into the crystal clear water.

The Cenote La Noria offers a variety of activities for visitors. One of the main attractions is snorkeling and diving in its refreshing and transparent waters.

Another option is to enjoy a camping stay in designated areas, where you can observe the starry sky accompanied by a campfire.
